Besichtigungen, Wohnungsübergaben und Kundentermine lassen sich hervorragend mit eigenen App-Fragebögen noch effizienter gestalten: Der Makler kann in der App individuelle Fragebögen hinterlegen (z.B. zur Wohnungsübergabe) und diese aus den Terminen heraus direkt ansteuern. Die Verknüpfung von „Termin“, „Immobilie“ und „Ergebnissen aus der Checkliste“ werden in der Software sofort zusammengeführt.
Gleiches bietet sich für den notwendigen Besichtigungsnachweis an, denn der Makler hat die Möglichkeit, sich den Besichtigungstermin gleich in der App unterschreiben zu lassen. Die im Anschluss generierte PDF-Datei wird dabei automatisch an der richtigen Stelle im onOffice System hinterlegt und ist sofort im Unternehmen verfügbar.
