When a user activates your service on the Marketplace, an iframe with your provider URL opens. The user orders the product here, and it is then integrated into onOffice via the API. You control the presentation in the iframe. All further requirements are detailed in our technical documentation:

Using the Marketplace is free from our side. You can activate the platform without incurring any extra costs. Each partner decides on their own pricing model. There are three models:
VAT is based on your billing address in the Marketplace account and the partner’s country. A brief overview of the various scenarios can be found in our online help.
Yes. For many products, data exchange is necessary. Therefore, you will enter into a separate data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider and agree to their data protection terms. This is easily done with a click when activating the provider.
Yes, independently of the Marketplace, you can add your 360° virtual tours to a property and present them in an interactive brochure, for example. We support many providers for this.
