First, head over to the onOffice Marketplace to unlock the onPointment feature for your account.
Before diving into the setup, go to your Basic Settings to add the API user to your preferred mailbox. Then, simply enable the “Appointment Booking” feature within the Administration panel.
Once activated, you’ll find the onPointment configuration right where you need it—inside your onOffice enterprise calendar. Look for the new “Scheduling” tab appearing directly above your calendar view.
Click the “New Appointment Configuration” button to tailor the system to your needs. Choose between “Time Slots” (to define availability within the tool) or “Blockers” (to sync directly with specific entries in your main calendar).
To integrate the calendar into an external website, click the three dots on your desired configuration and select “Create Embed Code”. Simply copy the code and paste it into your site’s backend.
If you are using an onOffice WP Website, it’s even easier. Just add the “Scheduling” block anywhere on your WordPress site and select your preferred configuration from the dropdown menu.
Need a standalone solution? You can also link directly to your booking page. Select “Open Booking Page” from the menu to generate a unique URL. This link is perfect for your email signature, direct messages, or property brochures.
